Fabrice Pancrate may have earned his move
CHRIS Hughton has hinted that trialist Fabrice Pancrate has done enough to earn himself a permanent contract at Newcastle United after declaring himself "impressed" with the French winger's debut in black and white.
The United boss will continue to monitor the former Paris St Germain forward in training this week but Pancrate did his chances no harm with a solid 80 minute run-out in the 3-2 reserve team defeat of Hartlepool United last night.
He tired as the game wore on but played a part in United's first two goals and generally looked lively on the right-hand side of midfield.
