It wasn't all Ashley's fault!

Remember he listened to the fans to sack Allardyce after just a few months.

He gave the fans not one but two so-called Messiah's (ultimately a big mistake).

There was also loads of cash spent on various players the managers wanted at the time.

Perhaps he's more of a victim of circumstance and unrealistic expecatations and committing the cardinal sin of not being born on Tyneside?

Which fans asked him to bring in Dennis Wise? The man who signed such great players as Xisco, Gonzalez and Ryan Taylor.

He has a lot more say than you think, he is a millionaire after all, he is definitely not stupid.

It IS Ashley's fault.
If an owner makes a decision to sack a manager it is HIS decision!
It just proves how unsuitable the guy is to be owner of a football club.
A business cannot be run by an owner who is not responsible for the decisions made.

at what point will people realise that a big part of this turmoil is down to KK. again didn`t like being told what to do and how to do it.he signed a contract and should have seen the season out, then handed in a resignation.

Keegan only stood his ground against the cockney Mafia. Alex Ferguson would NEVER be told how to manage his club, why should Keegan be any different? Please remember he is the only Newcastle manager in many years to realisitcally come close to winning a top league for us. That alone should deserve respect from the owner. Ashley drove him out [edited]
