Oba Martins will recover from hernia - Harper
NEWCASTLE United goalkeeper Steve Harper is confident hernia victim Oba Martins will make a rapid recovery under the supervision of Dr Ulrike Muschaweck.
The Chronicle reported on Saturday night that fears were growing Martins needed an operation to solve his injury problems - and those fears have been realised by United and Joe Kinnear.
The powerhouse Toon striker will head to Germany for surgery on the hernia problem that has kept him out since the 3-0 win at Portsmouth in December.
