JOE KINNEAR insists his team selection and tactics were spot on, despite Newcastle United's 2-1 defeat at Fulham yesterday.
When Steven Taylor failed a fitness test on his groin problems on Saturday morning, Kinnear decided Claudio Cacapa was the man to take his place at the heart of the United defence.
